RSU #39 in Caribou, ME was chosen by the state board of education for a new elementary/middle school to replace 3 existing schools in the community. Construction started on this 120,000 square foot building in 2018 and is scheduled to open in the fall of 2020. Powers Roofing was awarded the contract for the roof which will consist of an R-30 insulation value and a fully adhered Firestone EPDM membrane roof with a 20 year manufactures warranty.
