The Caribou Inn & Convention Center's renovation project included the replacement of the old roof and metal roof decking over the hotel's atrium area. Due to the pool inside the hotel, the existing roof deck was structurally compromised. We replaced the rotten deck with new steel decking, installed new insulation, and an .060 adhered EPDM roofing system with new perimeter metal flashings. The new roof will provide a safe and secure environment for guests to enjoy.
